Research Experience
- Centrifugation-Assisted Lateral Flow Assay (CLFA) Platform (06.2022-Current: Research Leader)
- Intelligent Microsystems Laboratory, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University
- Duties included: 1) Developed a CLFA platform with adjustable rotation speeds, enabling smartphone-based quantitative bioassay and active sample flow control. 2) Developed a bio-inspired microfluidic channel to enhance the bioassay sensitivity of LFAs.

- Nanocellulose Paper (nanopaper)-Based Microfluidic Platform (07.2022-Current: Research Assistant)
- Intelligent Microsystems Laboratory, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University
- Duties included: 1) Developed a facile microembossing process using plastic micro-molds to efficiently fabricate microchannels on nanopaper, optimizing the pattern parameters and saving time. 2) Detected glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in artificial plasma using SERS on NanoPADs, enabling high-sensitive biomarker detection of Alzheimer’s disease.

- Duties included: 1) Developed an in-situ ZIF-67/Co(OH)2 heterojunction-based nanopaper plate that facilitates efficient photoinduced charge transfer to enhance the SERS signal. 2) Developed nanocellulose-paper-based analytical devices with both in-situ ZIF-8/Zn(OH)2 and ZIF-67/Co(OH)2 structures for multiplex SERS detection of environmental pollutants.
